AI systems for firms that run on manual work
Michael Pavlovskyi
The problem
Your best people spend their days moving data between systems.
Intake, renewals, quotes, follow-ups, reporting. The work that eats your team is exactly the work AI handles today. Most firms never get it past a pilot.
We embed inside your firm, build the agents, deploy them into your own stack, and train your people to run them. You own what we build. No platform, no subscription, no login.

How we work
Audit. Build. Scale. You own it.
Audit
Day 0A short, hands-on read of your operations. We map where agents and automation return the most, ranked by value and tied to what matters to your firm.
Build
Weeks 1-3We embed and ship a working agent into your stack, plugged into the tools your people already use, with a human check at every step. Fixed scope, no eighteen-month roadmap.
Scale
HandoffIt runs in production. We train your team, hand over the keys, and document a playbook you can reuse across the firm.
