How we work in Glencoe

Glencoe is a close-knit North Shore community where professional services firms build deep, lasting relationships with their clients. Insurance agencies, law practices, and financial advisors here operate with a personal touch that sets them apart. Bace Agency helps Glencoe firms protect that relationship-first approach by automating the operational work (phone answering, intake, document handling) that pulls your team away from client-facing tasks.

What we do
in Glencoe.

01 AI-powered phone answering for Glencoe offices that handles calls professionally, qualifies leads, captures information, and ensures urgent matters reach the right person, no missed calls, no voicemail tag.
02 Automated client intake and lead qualification that collects information from every channel (web, email, phone) and flows it into your management system with follow-up sequences already in motion.
03 Document processing that reads incoming paperwork, extracts relevant data, and routes it to the correct file or team member, cutting hours of manual handling out of your team's week.
