How we work in Lake Forest

Lake Forest is where Bace Agency calls home. From our headquarters here, we work directly with insurance agencies along Deerpath, law firms near Market Square, and financial advisors throughout the Lake Forest business district. We understand the pace and expectations of this community because we are part of it. Our founder meets with Lake Forest clients in person, walking through your actual workflows, observing how your team handles calls, intake, and document processing before designing an AI system that fits your practice.

What we do
in Lake Forest.

01 AI-powered phone answering that handles after-hours calls, qualifies leads, and routes urgent matters to the right person, so your Lake Forest office never misses a client call, even when the team is in meetings or out for the day.
02 Automated client intake and lead qualification that captures information from web forms, emails, and calls, then populates your CRM and triggers follow-up sequences, eliminating the manual data entry that eats into your team's billable hours.
03 Intelligent document processing that reads incoming PDFs, extracts key data, and routes documents to the correct file or team member, whether you are processing insurance applications, legal filings, or financial onboarding packets.

Who we serve
in Lake Forest.

Lake Forest is home to established independent insurance agencies, respected law practices, and wealth management firms that serve high-net-worth families across the North Shore. These firms share a common challenge: they have built their reputations on personal relationships and high-touch service, but the administrative load (phone calls, intake forms, document handling, follow-ups) threatens to overwhelm small teams. Bace Agency exists to solve that problem with practical AI automation that preserves the personal touch.
